Cool Yule - 15 Graded Tunes for Recorder Cool Yule is a collection of fifteen Christmas tunes graded into three levels. Each tune has three graded parts, allowing use in classes with varying abilities. The book includes arrangement suggestions, and has a companion CD to demonstrate all parts. Good King Wenceslas HOW TO USE THE ARRANGEMENT There are 3 parts: Cool Cats Part - G, A, B. Heroes part - D, E, F#, G, A, B, C, D' Legends part - D, E, F#, G, A, B, C, D'. There is also a guitar chord chart (G, C, D). There are also audio files of all parts separately, all parts together, AND a backing track (where the piece is performed 3 times). So ... students can play just one, or two, or all parts and the piece will work. A simple arrangement that always works: 1st time - Legends part 2nd time - Legends + cool Cats 3rd time - all parts together. TUNED PERCUSSION, KEYBOARDS OR OTHER TUNED INSTRUMENTS CAN ALSO BE USED.
